        Important Summary: GPS Simulator Pro is a utility application designed to simulate and mock GPS locations on your Android device. We do NOT collect, transmit, or sell your real-world personal location data to any external servers. All user data (such as favorite locations, routes, and search history) remains strictly on your local device.
    

1. Location Data & Mock Location Service

GPS Simulator Pro requests access to your device's Precise Location (GPS) and Coarse Location permissions for the following purposes:

To locate your position on the map when you tap the "Current Location" button.
To set starting coordinates for your mock location simulations.
To execute manual and sequential multi-point route simulations as configured by you.

Your actual location data is processed strictly on-device in real-time and is never uploaded, tracked, or stored on any remote cloud server.

2. Sequential Multi-Point Simulation & Foreground Service

To deliver a smooth navigation testing experience, GPS Simulator Pro allows users to save and run multi-point location playlists (sequences of coordinates). To ensure uninterrupted mock location updates when the app is minimized or running in the background, we use an active Android Foreground Service.

Foreground Service Type: Location (foregroundServiceType="location").
Notification Controls: While a simulation is running, an ongoing notification displays the active progress (e.g., "Location 3 of 10 active") and provides immediate action buttons (NEXT, PREVIOUS, STOP) so you maintain full control over the service at all times.
Location switching between coordinates in a playlist is strictly manual and occurs only when you tap the "NEXT" or "PREVIOUS" controls.

3. Local Storage & Data Privacy

All user-generated content, including:

Saved Favorite Locations
Recent Search Locations & History
Custom Route Playlists (Named Location Groups)

are saved locally on your Android device using local databases (Room / SharedPreferences). This data is completely private to you and is automatically removed if you clear the application data or uninstall the app.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

GPS Simulator Pro displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob to keep the app free to use. AdMob may automatically collect and process certain non-personally identifiable technical information to deliver relevant ads, including:

Google Advertising ID (AAID)
Device identifiers, IP address, and system specifications
Ad interaction and performance metrics

AdMob's privacy practices are governed by the Google Privacy & Terms Policy.

5. Third-Party Web Links

The application contains links to external web pages (Privacy Policy, Terms, Support, and About pages). We do not control or take responsibility for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites accessed via these links.

6. Children's Privacy

GPS Simulator Pro does not knowingly collect any Personally Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information on our app, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will take prompt steps to remove such data.
